This is a yoga class with a difference. It is a class focused on helping the participants directly through energy and movement with their particular life, body and emotional blocks. It is more than 'yoga'.
I’m MeriSaa and I built up tension in my body over many years because I didn’t know which way to turn with life’s challenges. Overtime I became sick. For me it was intuitive to move my body and through study and doing the inner exploration I shifted that which was causing me to become stagnant in life. Nine years ago I became a certified yoga instructor and use various modalities now to help people to do the same. I can help you too.
Week by week in this Virtual yoga-led experience we will home in on what needs shifting. Each one of us is unique but we are all trying to reach to a life of vibrancy, purpose and peacefulness.
